On larger components like machines, valves, pumps, CR Bodies, Engine assemblies, Chassis, Leaf springs, etc. That can dipped or components placed on stands or movable trolleys, oiling can be done by spraying the oil onto the components placed on these stands.

Our specialized spray type oils are available as dry and wet type oils and provide excellent corrosion protection during storage and transportation. These also donot gather dust compared to normal oils.

Solvent Based

Code : IP 136

These grades are used in order to prevent rusting during the processing of components. These are dry to touch oils that leave no stains or residue on the components.

IP 136 is high dewatering and separates water from metal surface. It is also degreasing as it breaks the Van Der Wall Forces between metal and dirt. The chemical and the oil forms a soft film settles in the cavity of metals roughness and protects the metal from finger rusting, settlement of moisture, coolants causing corrosion and acid fumes.

Water Based

Rust – X manufactures range of solvent based cleaning medias with rust preventive properties. These are effective in removing dirt, dust, greases, metal particles, cutting oils etc. from the components. The cleaning media functions by separating oils and greases into the media thus de-greasing the components, or deattaching the metal particles or dust as it dissolves the greases or oils.

CL grades offer upto 2 months protection in house. The coverage of the product is 125-200 sqm/ltr depending on metallic surface.

Aqua Flush

Aquaflush is specially designed for achievement low Millipore values on components. It is used in inter-operational and final cleaning operations of multi-metal parts and components and is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial spray and intensive flood wash machines.

Aquaflush is particularly recommended where corrosion protection during short-term storage is required. Aquaflush effectively removes soluble oils, light duty neat cutting or forming oils, lubrication oils, soft film corrosion preventives and general dirt.

Rust Preventive Oils - Mineral Oil Based:-

Lubrication may be required along with the need for rust protection on some component such as gears, fasteners, moving parts of machineries etc. Rustx 132 A contains oils which are solventless and provide excellent coating on the metal surfaces. These are free from any solvent smell and have a high flashpoint and can be sprayed onto the components if required.

Rust Preventive Oils - Water Based:-

Water based rust preventive oils are also gaining importance in the industry with the move of reducing the use of petroleum based products in the automotive industry. WRP-050 is environmentally friendly compared to normal oils and provide comparable rust protection with the petroleum based products.

WRP-050 does not produces fumes on welding. No residue is left behind on the metal surface. It is water miscible and approved by all major OE worldwide. The oil is semi synthetic in nature.

Rust Preventive Additives:-

Leak testing in water causes deposition of water on metal surface resulting in high mositure content around metal surface. Often heating is done to dry off the water which is a slow and costly method. Leak test additives when added with water stops inter process corrosion and provides protection for a period of upto 7 days.
RPA 4500 also prevents fingal and bacterial growth for 3-6 months.

LacqoTouch - Hard Film Oil:-

LacqoFeel is specially designed hard film solution that leaves a 8 micron film on the surface. It is a non peelable film and provides abrasion resistance, dewatering effect and provides a transparent dry surface. It is a polymer based film with excellent transparency and soft feel.

It provides excellent scratch resistance and forms a corrosion preventive skin on the surface of metal, wood or glaas. The are mainly used for machines, gears, shafts, painted surfaces, furniture, lamps, hand tools, valves etc.

VCI Oils - Dry Type for Exports:-

Rust-X VCI oils are vapour phase inhibitors that release chemicals to make the surrounding atmosphere inert.They are most suited for exports as they neutralize the sea humidity very well. 135 E ex series is also a contact inhibitor.

These are soft film. Solvent based. Dewatering, degreasing odourless rust preventive oils. These are finely blended with Naturtal Virgin Mineral Oils to carry chemical additives that protect metal from corrosion.

The solution can be directly applied to metal even in wet condition by dipping, spraying or brushing. Dry type oil evaporates to a relative percentage of content (see table for details) to form a thin layer of rust preventives with lubrication effect.

These are soft film. Solvent based. Dewatering, degreasing odourless rust preventive oils. These are finely blended with Naturtal Virgin Mineral Oils to carry chemical additives that protect metal from corrosion.
